Ozernovsky Rybokonservny zavod No. 55 JSC (Russian translation for Ozernovsky Fish Canning Plant No. 55) was established in 1928. The enterprise is located on the shores of the Sea of Okhotsk in the southwestern part of the Kamchatka Peninsula, far from industrial complexes and large populated areas. Amazing nature and rivers protected from pollution contribute to the production of environmentally friendly products, which is an important condition for overcoming sales competition. Over its 95-year history, the enterprise, bypassing all stages of economic and political changes, has grown into a large company, managing to maintain its name, reputation, and remain faithful to old traditions. Today, the plant is a large and independent production complex with a full processing cycle from fishing to the production of fishmeal (fish flour) from waste. The main brand identity of the plant is the Ozernovskaya sockeye salmon, which is highly valued both in Russia and abroad.
